“Pin the Flower on the Bee” is a fun, interactive game where children try to place a flower as close as possible to the bee—while blindfolded. After a gentle spin, participants make their way forward and give it their best guess, creating lots of laughs along the way.
This activity invites participants to follow a trail of “drops of honey” clues leading to the Queen Bee. Along the way, they’ll answer fun, bee-themed questions to discover a password and unlock a special Queen Bee crochet prize. The activity takes place in the cafeteria and outdoor areas with a playful beehive theme.
Musical Flowers is a fun, movement-based activity where children “fly” around the space while music plays. When the music stops, they land on colourful flower spots placed on the ground. Designed to be inclusive and low-pressure, all participants are encouraged to find a flower each round and enjoy the game together.
This rock painting activity invites children and parents to get creative together. Each participant is given a clean rock to paint and decorate in a relaxed classroom setting, making it a fun and collaborative experience for all. The painted rocks can be brought home or donated to the garden.
“Don’t Wake the Beekeeper” is a playful, bee-themed movement game. Children act as bees, quietly making their way toward the “sleeping” beekeeper. When the beekeeper turns around, everyone must freeze—anyone caught moving returns to the start. It’s a fun and active game that encourages focus and self-control.
